Shipping Fees

Our shipping is done by weight and is broken down into 5 different classes. From 0-5 pounds you will be charged $9.44, 5-10 pounds $10.59, 10-15 pounds $11.77 and anything over 15 pounds $13.28. These are the approximate prices charged by Fedex and UPS, which are the companies used to deliver your items. These charges will only change when there is a change in price from either company. There is no shipping fee for ebooks.

Handling Fees

Our handling fee is a flat rate fee of $4.00, no matter how many items you purchase this fee stays the same. It is what is charged to process all of our orders. The shipping and handling fees are added together at checkout. There is no handling fee for ebooks.

Taxes

Tax will only be charged to California State residents. Our company is based in California therefore we must follow the current tax rates for California. All other states in the continental United States, where we ship to exclusively, will not be charged a tax. There is no tax charge for ebooks outside of California.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased you may return it to us no questions asked for a full refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for repacking the item in its original packaging and pay the shipping cost to return the item to the wherehouse. After the item has been returned to the wherehouse, you will be reimbursed as described above. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. If more than one item is purchased and you wish to return part of an order we will calculate the difference and refund the price of the item that is returned.

Damaged Goods

In the event you recieve an item that has been damaged, you may or may not be required to send it back to the wherehouse. Upon recieving the item a new item will be sent to you free of charge. This is part of our satisfaction garantee.

Shipping From Multiple Wherehouses

Since we ship from multiple wherehouses located around the continental United States you may not recieve all of your items at the same time. If your items are located from more than one wherehouse your items may be delivered separately but will all arrive within a few days of each other. This depends on the wherehouse location.
